These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Appliance Master website and the home appliance repair, installation and maintenance services we provide. By booking a service with us — whether through the website, phone, WhatsApp or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Appliance Master is a local home appliance repair business operating in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and surrounding areas. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Appliance Master and its authorised technicians.

2. Services Offered

We provide diagnosis, repair, installation, gas refilling, deep cleaning and routine maintenance for domestic appliances including air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, chimneys, geysers and LED televisions. We do not undertake repair of commercial or industrial-grade equipment unless agreed in writing.

3. Bookings & Visit Charges

  • A booking is confirmed only after our representative acknowledges your slot over phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • A nominal visit/diagnosis charge may apply, which is adjustable against the repair cost if you choose to proceed with the repair.
  • If the technician arrives and the customer is unavailable or the appliance is inaccessible, the visit charge becomes payable in full.

4. Quotation & Approval

After diagnosis, the technician will share a fixed quotation covering labour and parts. Work begins only after you approve the quote. We do not undertake hidden charges, and any change to the scope requires fresh approval.

5. Spare Parts

  • We use genuine or OEM-equivalent spare parts wherever available.
  • Parts that need to be specially ordered may take 24–72 hours and require partial advance payment.
  • Replaced parts will be handed over to the customer on request at the time of repair completion.

6. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on the labour and workmanship of the specific repair carried out. Spare parts carry the warranty offered by their respective manufacturers. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, power surge, water ingress, pest infestation or unauthorised tampering after our visit.
  • Faults in other components of the appliance that were not part of the original repair.
  • Appliances that have been opened, modified or serviced by another technician after our visit.

7. Payments

Payments are due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI and standard digital payment methods. A printed or digital invoice is issued for every paid service.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate appliance details and fault description at the time of booking.
  • Ensure safe access to the appliance, electrical points and water supply where applicable.
  • Keep children and pets away from the work area during the visit.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability under any single repair is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including loss of food in a refrigerator, loss of business, data or profit.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes or sudden non-availability of spare parts.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics and images — is owned by or licensed to Appliance Master and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any part of the site without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
