Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every customer to feel confident booking a repair with Appliance Master. This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules and refunds work for our services.

1. Cancelling or Rescheduling a Booking

  • Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled visit window by calling or messaging +91 7696331261.
  • If a cancellation is made after the technician has been dispatched, a visit charge may apply to cover travel time.

2. Visit / Diagnosis Charge

The visit charge is non-refundable once the technician has inspected the appliance, since it covers the time and effort spent diagnosing the fault. It is, however, adjustable against the final repair cost if you choose to proceed with the repair.

3. Repair Charges

  • If you approve a quote and the repair is completed to your satisfaction, the full repair amount is payable and non-refundable.
  • If the same fault recurs within 30 days of the repair, we will re-attend free of cost under our workmanship warranty. If we are unable to resolve the recurrence, the labour portion of the original invoice will be refunded.
  • Spare-part charges are non-refundable once the part has been fitted, except where the part is found to be defective within its manufacturer warranty.

4. Advance Payments for Special-Order Parts

Where a spare part is specially ordered against an advance, the advance is refundable only if we are unable to procure the part within the agreed timeframe. Once the part has been procured, the advance becomes non-refundable but fully adjustable against the repair.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer or cash).
  • You will receive a confirmation message once the refund has been initiated.

6. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with a repair or a charge, please email help@appliancemaster.in within 7 days of the visit. We will review the case and respond within 3 working days. Our goal is always a fair, transparent resolution.
